Refund Policy

All sales are final. Palette Pilot does not offer refunds on consultations or downloadable guides, so please choose your package carefully. If you're unsure which one is right, email [email protected] before you book.
Consultations (Starter, Signature, Whole Home). Work on your consultation begins as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask us to start straight away and agree that you lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully provided. If you cancel within 14 days of booking, before your colour guide is delivered, we may keep a proportionate amount for the work already done, as UK law allows.
Tweaks, not refunds. If your palette doesn't feel right, the Signature Palette includes one round of tweaks and the Whole Home Plan includes two. Just reply to your delivery email within 14 days to use them.
Downloadable guides. Guides are digital downloads delivered instantly. At checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that this means you lose your 14-day right to cancel.
Your legal rights. None of this affects your statutory rights. If something we provide is faulty, or isn't what we described, contact us and we'll put it right.
