What we collect.
- Your name, email address and order details when you buy.
- Your questionnaire answers and the photos of your home that you send us.
- Emails you send us.
- Basic, anonymous website usage statistics.
Why we use it. We use this information to deliver the service you paid for (contract), to keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to reply to your messages (legitimate interest). We will only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with. Only the services that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our digital download provider (guide sales), Tally (questionnaire), our email provider, and Cloudflare (website hosting). We never sell your data.
Your photos. We only use photos of your home to create your palette. We will never post them, including on Instagram, without your written permission.
How long we keep it. Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years, as tax law requires. Questionnaire answers and photos are deleted 12 months after your guide is delivered, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies. Our website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Payment and checkout pages run by Stripe and our download provider may set cookies they need to work.
